A boy sows a wild oat or two, the whole world winks. A girl does the same - scandal.
Emergent rules: the reason that discussing social issues is not a waste of time.

Facebook is making me super self conscious…
Which is weird, because isn’t your facebook supposed to be like, “Hey! Look how super awesome me and my life is! We rock!”
But instead I decided this time around I was JUST going to use it as a tool. Which isn’t working out so well. I mean I want to just use it as like “this is where i can connect with people in my college and tell them about events” but it’s still becoming
“OMG WHY WON’T THEY ADD ME AS A FRIEND WHAT DID I EVER DO TO HER SHEESH”
“Why doesn’t anyone like that photo I just posted. It was funny wasn’t it?! WASN’T IT?!”
GOD IT’S JUST FACEBOOK. GET OVER IT.
I’m getting really angry at myself that I care about it this much…
that it’s affecting me this much…
This is why I deleted it last time….
Sigh.

You’ve heard of a one-horse town, but what about a one-person town? Scattered throughout the U.S. are places with populations you can count on one hand — and sometimes one finger. Some of these places were evacuated after devastating environmental disasters, others simply saw residents move away as local businesses closed and economic opportunities faded. But each of these places has an intriguing story worth telling, and each one is home to some unique residents — or at least one.
